Meeting Times and Location

 

Regular Weekly Meetings       Group Support 5:15 pm to 6:00 pm   Stress Management 6:15 pm to 7:15 pm         When staff visits the SDC we will alter our schedule to accommodate them. -- Keep an eye on your email from ChasOC email community to stay aware of any changes. Yoga and Stress Management will be led by Emily on the Second and Fourth Thursdays of each month. Emily will begin at the usual time of 6:15pm. On the first Thursday of each month we will follow a CD Yoga and Stress Management routine.

Meeting Location Saint Marks United Methodist Church   900 Washington Street East See the Map below for directions.   Charleston, WV 25301 From the parking lot behind the building, enter the rear entrance under the covered structure. Go up the stairway and through the door into the hallway. Go left down the hallway then right to the elevator on the left. Get off at the second floor and turn right to the end of the hallway. Go through the double doors to the SDC meeting room. Welcome to the SDC !!
